February 2012, I sat with some school teachers earlier today and they were not exactly overjoyed about the end of the school holidays and sadly most of us are back at work with varying degrees of enthusiasm. This newsletter hopefully we can give you some ideas on how to create wealth through investment property. By the way, your own home can be pretty good form of investment also. |

Economic Wrap In its first meeting of the year, the Reserve Bank has kept interest rates on hold today. Many economists had bet the Reserve Bank would cut rates by 0.25 per cent due to worries about the economic situation in Europe. However, rates will remain at 4.25 per cent. The RBA cut the official cash rate on 6 December by 0.25 per cent, bringing the official rate down to 4.25 per cent. Read more of the Economic Wrap.
